Yours to keep, or to gift to a mother who needs it.
Made by Genevieve. Mother of two. She's been here.
The thing nobody says out loud
You said "fine" at the pediatrician. You said "fine" to your mother. You said "fine" to the friend who finally asked.
Then the house goes quiet, the baby sleeps on your chest, and you sit there in the dark coming undone.
You are not broken. You are in the part nobody warned you about, and you do not have to be in it alone.
What it actually is
90 daily entries. Weekly check-ins. Six anytime tools at the back, for the days that go sideways. Designed for one-handed use at 2am, because that is when you will reach for it.
On the hardest days, you just circle one box. That counts.
Your digital copy is ready the moment you join, so you can start tonight while the hardcover is on its way.
Some of what it asks:
What did today take from me, and what did it give back?
Who do I miss being?
What do I need that I have not asked for?
Why this exists
My first postpartum, I was performing "doing great" while crying myself to sleep. My labor was 77 hours. There was a twin we lost early, and I had nowhere to put that.
My second, my son screamed eight hours a day for weeks while I knew something was wrong and could not get anyone to listen.
What I needed both times was something that would ask me the right small questions. Not homework. Not therapy. Something that would meet me in the chaos.

If you are wondering
I already have a journal. This one does not sit blank waiting for words you are too tired to find. It asks. You answer, or you circle one box. That is the whole design.
I don't have time. Three minutes counts. Some nights one line counts. It is built for the time you actually have, which is almost none.
