FAQ

Questions, answered honestly.

The same standard as everything else here: the truth, plainly.

I don't have time for another journal.
Undone is built for the two minutes you actually have. The hardest day asks you to circle one box. That's it. If two minutes is too much, skip the day. The journal will still be here.
I already have a journal I'm not writing in.
You're not writing in it because it asks you to perform healing. This one asks you to tell the truth, in small pieces. Different ask, different result.
What if I don't start on Day 1? My baby is already four months old.
Start where you are. The drops sequence from your start date, not your baby's birthday, and the library is organized by stage, so wherever you are, there's a shelf for it. The 90-day arc is a structure, not a deadline.
What's the difference between buying the journal and joining the membership?
The journal ($35) is the physical book, complete on its own. The membership adds everything around it: the drops from Genevieve, the room, the weekly live circle, and the living library that grows with your child. The journal is the door. The membership is the whole house.
Can I cancel the membership?
Yes, anytime, with one click. No guilt, no hoops, no "are you sure" gauntlet. If it stops helping, stop paying for it. The journal stays yours forever either way.
Can I gift it?
Yes, and please do. Everyone brings something for the baby. Almost nobody brings something for her. The journal is giftable on its own, like a meal train for her sanity.
Is this therapy?
No, and it doesn't pretend to be. Undone is an honest companion, not a clinician. If you're struggling with postpartum depression or anxiety, you deserve support beyond these pages. Please reach out to your provider or call Postpartum Support International: 1-800-944-4773, available 24/7.
Who made this?
Genevieve. Mother of two, with two very different and very hard postpartums behind her. She built the thing she needed and couldn't find. Read her story here.
